The COATING Auction will take place inside the exhibition hall on Tuesday, October 9. This high energy event will allow you to create connections, gives attendees buying power opportunity, and exhibitors the ability to champion their company, products and services throughout the interaction. The live auction will take place on the show floor during the Exhibition Happy Hour from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
Because this is only a two hour live auction, space is limited for donation spots. The live auction may be followed by a silent auction during the remaining days of the show, depending on the number and types of donations.
The live auction also allows attendees and donors the opportunity to give back. Proceeds will go to the exhibiting donor's charity of choice.

- Anything coated for your customers (example: a grill, a lawn mower, furniture, atv, et… be creative and be unique, this is great for recognition)
- Experiences (the more unique, the better... salons and spas, sailing trip, private jet ride, flying lessons, chance to see a live show filming, meet a celebrity, tour a cult winery….. endless possibilities.)
- Vacation
The starting price of an item will be half the retail value as a starting bid, and increments will be set per item to bid. There will be set terms for shipping and payment including onsite credit card, cash, check and invoicing for larger purchases and those requiring puchase orders. All items will be auctioned off the the highest bidder in which proceeds will benefit the donor's organization charity of choice. If not specified then proceeds will go the St. Louis Food Bank.
